All Ascendance.gg services come with a 14-day satisfaction guarantee.
All services provided by Ascendance.gg are subject to a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you aren't happy with your service within 14 days of it being completed, we will work with you to undo the work we performed on your PC and then issue a full refund of the service price.
After 14 days from the date of service completion, it will be assumed that you are satisfied with the service and no further refund requests will be considered.
To request a refund, open a ticket in our Discord server within 14 days of your service being completed. Please include your appointment number (found in your original ticket or confirmation), a description of what you're unhappy with, and whether you'd like us to attempt to resolve the issue before proceeding with a refund.
We genuinely want you to be happy with our work. In many cases, we can resolve concerns without needing a full refund — for example, by adjusting settings, re-tuning an overclock, or applying additional optimizations.
Once a refund is approved, our team will schedule a session to revert any changes made to your system during the original service. This includes restoring original BIOS settings, removing any software configurations we applied, and reverting overclocks to stock settings. After the revert is complete, we will process your refund via PayPal.
Refunds are issued for the full amount paid at checkout. If a partner referral discount was applied at the time of booking, the refund reflects the discounted price you actually paid.
Once a refund is approved and the revert session is complete, we will process the refund within 3 business days. PayPal typically reflects the refund in your account within 5–10 business days after we process it, depending on your bank or card issuer.
Refunds may not be available in the following circumstances:
More than 14 days have passed since the service was completed. The 14-day window begins when our staff marks the service as completed in your ticket, not the original booking date.
Customer-caused damage: If system issues arose from changes you made after our service (installing incompatible software, modifying BIOS settings we configured, physical damage, etc.), these are outside the scope of our guarantee.
Evaluation downgrades: If during the free evaluation we determine your system doesn't meet requirements for the service you booked (e.g., inadequate cooling for CPU overclocking) and you choose to downgrade to a lower tier, the downgraded service is subject to its own 14-day guarantee.
If you need to cancel a booked appointment before the service takes place, please contact us via Discord as soon as possible. Appointments cancelled before the service begins are eligible for a full refund.
We encourage all customers to reach out to us directly via Discord before filing a dispute with PayPal. We are committed to resolving all concerns fairly and promptly. Filing a PayPal dispute or chargeback without first contacting us may result in delays in resolution.
